1) Going to the prom with her girl's man(even if it was one date)?! SMDH! What's wrong with her?!
2) I kinda like the talking the "aunties" had with Ashley. It takes a village, but Auntie V is a lil "boughetto".. Nah she just kinda ghetto. Nah she..anyway she kept it real. From agent to 3 month monster, funny.
Ashley didn't like jonathan she made it pretty obvious to him and lorena, she only showed interested in him when lorena said she wanted to go with him, plus they went on one date which really isnt a date because they was just tryna get to know each other

Jonathan was still one of Ashley's "friends" ---til he was officially released IMHO. Like Gerren says, sometimes "you're not done eating yet". Ash and J just had their first course (appetizers). Can she get to the main course before she knows if she likes him OR NOT?! She seemed to be still testing waters. Which is understandable. Doubt they knew much about each other. You don't want your GF with your ex, or someone you're currently dating--one date or one year!

it made pretty obivious from the first episode that jon and lorena have a little thing for each, i feel he only went out with ashley because she was closer in age and lorena was still 15 at the start of the season, but ashley doesnt like jon and it obvious she said it herself told her mom and didnt bring him up to her aunties, now because they wentt on one date jon is untoucjable ash and jon didnt even kiss
shareIt was perfectly fine for Johnathan to ask Lor'Rena to prom even though he had just been on a date with Lor'Rena's friend Ashley.
During their date, Johnathan asked Ashley specifically how she felt about him, and she straight-up told him she wasn't interested. "We can be friends, but I'm really not looking for a relationship right now." I believe that's how she put it. The next day, she told her mother how she felt about Johnathan, and her mother told her not to settle for someone for whom she's not "feeling it" which was good advice. Clearly, Ashley is not interested. That's why Johnathan asked Lor'Rena to prom.
Now, Ashley didn't make that clear to Lor'Rena when Lor'Rena broke the news that she was asked to prom by Johnathan. In response, Ashley said she didn't know why Johnathan would ask a known friend of hers to prom after going on a date with her, but that Ashley doesn't know why can't be true. I don't understand why she said that. She wasn't interested in him, and she was clear about that to both Jonathan and her mother. (In a way, though, Lor'Rena did get clearance from Ashley at the eyebrow place. Notice Ashley wasn't upset about Lor'Rena going.)
Frankly, I like Johnathan, and I'm glad he and Lor'Rena are dating. Her spitfire ways make things interesting, keep Jonathan on his toes, and I think that's why he likes her.
Lor'Rena looked beautiful at the prom. It's no wonder Johnathan kissed her.
I didn't like Lor'Rena before because of her trying to get at Moriah simply to get him away from some other young woman she didn't like. Now that she's got her own thing going, I have much more respect for her.
I don't think it mattered cause Ashley didn't care but asking her friend to the prom was a little crazy he could have asked Lor'Rena on the date originally if he really liked her. But he liked Ashley and after he realized she didn't like him back he went for Lor'Rena. But if Ashley doesn't care it's no big deal I guess.
