not impressed
I must say that movie was not so great
Home sweet Home
I thought it was pretty good I enjoyed it Christina Milian put on a good performance I'll give it two thumbs up =)
"The Future Husband of Christina Milian"
I thought it was blandly entertaining (in a been-there-done-that kind of way) until "Doug" made his appearance in NYC. We quickly see where things are headed, and I'm thinking there's probably, like, 15 minutes left...Then I looked at the clock and realized that there was another 45 minutes before the end!
An excruciatingly slow 45 minutes, as it turned out. Based on the rather vapid script and the acting, it struck me that this might have been a very rushed project--like, "hey we've got a couple of weeks and a concept here, let's get a script and some actors and do this thing!"
Is this pretty innocuous family viewing? Sure. I think kids might like it (though not necessarily want to see it again). But I can't give it any more than a tentative 2 stars (out of 4).
My mom made me record it on our DVR, and OMG, when we watched it again, my family and I, I wanted to burst into tears it was so bad. This movie lacked in entertainment, and only gave out a terrible performance.
People put annoying stuff here. This is my annoying signature. Get used to it!
they should've gotten a cuter guy! the guy was so ugly! At least from what i'm seeing so far, he is NOT CUTE! EWW
i'd rather be his whore than your wife

I watched it when it premiered last year, and it was super cheesy, yes, but watchable. I didn't have high standards for it anyway.
Look @ me. I can make obscure 80s references."
I like this movie. I really thought it was a creative new Christmas movie. Sure, it's cheesy, but isn't that what is great about Christmas movies?
