kept thinking something awful was gonna happen... spoilers

so I'm watching this movie and I loved it all the way through but after Sven is gone, every single scene I kept thinking that someone's going to press charges against Goran for

1) keeping the teenager under video vigilance at all times - thought they were gonna charge him with child pornography charges or something
2) goran gives wine to Patrik, who's a minor
3) Patrik insists on teaching Goran a karate move for his protection, I thought someon was going to press violence charges

now I'm wondering if these were meant to create a sense of fear for Goran to loose the boy or were just bonding times between the two and I'm just obsessed with criminal charges

The awful thing that I was expecting was that Patrik would be more of a juvenile delinquent than he was. But almost immediately after arrival, he's out doing the garden and stuff, so the "rehab" started almost too fast, I thought.

I think all of your concerns are justified, because we're living through a period of Pedophile hysteria. But I did feel the third instance was quite touching. Throughout the film Patrik has to reevaluate everything he knows and has experienced at super high speed, over just a few days, and on that occasion he knows that he has beaten up gay men himself before, but now he's frightened that someone will do the same to his dad. I think it was one of the beautiful understated moments that characterize the film as a whole.
