Confusing - if you don't have subtitles :P

It wasn't until I read the description that I understood what was going on.

I thought she was just a tomboy, she was obviously a girl and i kind of missed the fact that she was at an all-boys school. When one of the other students confronted her guy about the hug I thought he was just being jealous.

I wonder if "She's the Man" was based on this?

reply

Actually, She's the Man and Hana Kimi were based on a play of Shakespeare... :)

Twelfth Night, or What You Will... They used this story in Shakespeare in Love too.

reply

I knew that :P

But the premise of having a girl in an all boys school trying to blend is what I thought. Do you ever notice that all the "original" ideas in hollywood seem to be stolen from foreign films and television?

reply

like i say if the asians were able to put all of their movies in this part of the world and i mean america hollywood would be down the drain xD. I mean the only movie that are scary enough to be really creepy are the asians, same with drama an american movie hasnt made me cry but a korean one has.

ur everything in my eyes
i just hope im everything in urs

Very true. The trend right now in Hollywood is to remake all their old successful movies or see a successful movie from a foreign country and jump on doing a re-make while that movie is still in the theatres practically.

I saw "Let the right one in" just recently it is two years old at the most and Hollywood is already planning a remake. I say that should just hire more creative writers who can come up with their own ideas rather than just snaking them off others.

yeah, i think they are starting to get known to rip off other country ideas. Its like mexico the company "Televisa",which makes soap operas lately they been ripping off their soaps from other latin countries and when you start watching your like.....umm i already saw the original then ur not interested in watching a remake.
