Not sure what to think
The idea of travel to the lovely capitals of Europe was appealing. But why not show the appealing sites of these capitals a little bit? Even in Venice they seem to show the same little bridge over and over again.
In the early episodes Hollander has a large, unexplained wound on his forehead. Not sure what that's all about.
The mother is meant to be 37 years old, but in reality is 60. This is a problem.
Not sure the flashbacks really added all that much. That there had been a daughter could have been alluded to without going to all that trouble.
The show would have been more appealing if the father character hadn't been so completely inept most of the time.
If there are jellyfish in the water it's surprising that there was no posting to stay out of it.
The boy was cute.
The character of Kat, although we had doubts initially, turned out to be more interesting.
The ending at least was modern and good.
