He looked good enough, but my god when he went inside the Myers house and spoke "Has he killed again?!" sounded fucking awful, didn't sound like Loomis and it didn't even seem like the words matched with how the lips moved.
He looked pretty great, so kudos to them for nailing the look, but the weird voice kind of ruined it a little.
I came here to say the same thing. Why didn't they put just as much effort into the voice as they did the look? Baffling. Surely someone out there can do a great Dr. Loomis/Donald Pleasence impression.
shareThey got the same guy who did his voice on the tape recorder from Halloween 2018 which he sounded great in that, but here dubbing over this guy that played Loomis just didn't sound good at all.

This movie could've been a lot better if they had put some more time into the characters.

shareYeah they actually had a guy on the crew that they thought looked alot like Loomis so they cast him in the role, put a few prosthetics on him and used another guy for the voice.
