Just saw Halloween Kills (Spoilers)

Every one dies except Laurie and her grand kid.

Film takes place same night. Michael finds his way back to hospital but fleas a bunch of lynch Mob lead by Tommy Doyle aka I would say EARL rewritten from Halloween 4.

Brakett gets killed in Haddonfield hospital almost like the security guard did in original H2. Brakett is a retired sheriff. Laurie's daughter also is killed at hospital like the nurse was killed from behind when Michael raises her up in H2.

Ending Michael is tied up to a tree and shot, stabbed, stoned to death by town lynch mob but later revealed to be Tommy Doyle who lost a battle with Michael at the Myer's house earlier which Tommy's throat was viciously slashed as he couldn't speak while being handled by town folks. Laurie notices the fingers are fully there as she tries to stop the mob but couldn't.

She removes the mask and it's Tommy taking last breaths as he whispers the boogeyman?

A deputy orders Laurie and granddaughter to the police station to be taken by another deputy with Laurie and her granddaughter sitting in the back seat, laurie notices its Michael driving the car as she sees his burnt face in review mirror, they scream, THE END

I give the film 6/10 better than the 2018 version but felt it was overly rushed with too many characters.

Let me guess, Damien Cain will provide re-writes for new scenes to be shot in 2021?

Getting word, he is currently working on re-writes

I mean, that does all sounds plausible.

I've long thought this one will have a lot of deaths that are homages to previous ones. Especially with the high amount of returning characters/actors. And one teaser shows Michael's hand shattering the glass of a car window right by Marion Chambers, I bet she bites the dust there. Also assumed Brackett and Tommy would die, Lindsay as well probably. But these almost have to be cases of them pursuing Michael or being in the wrong place at the wrong time. Because why would Michael really pursue any of them? Except maybe Chambers. Plus, it'd be hard for Michael to identify them seemingly. He had a brief encounter with them 40 years ago and they weren't his target, and they've since grown up. People tend to look a lot different at 50 than they did at 10.

I'd take anything the original poster puts with a pinch of salt. He basically constantly posts stuff that are complete lies constantly

Did not know, thanks. Either way I tend to give little credence to online stuff anyway. And I prefer to avoid spoilers, but also can't help myself. But what the OP posted sounds decent enough at any rate. Either way, pandemic allowing, we'll find out in October
