Has it been released on DVD? and if so how can we get hold of a copy (or several!)

amazon.co.uk is taking preorders for the January release of the DVD. I didn't check, but I assume that is a region 2. I have a mulit region player, so I didn't check when I preordered.

The UK DVD is actually region-free, despite the box stating is region 2.
