It may have arisen for some other reason, i cannot think of a rational claim that imdb distributes film copies illegally. probably some images from the film or poster may be put on web page by some means out of mahsun kirmizigul's control. but how come he tries to resolve this directly at court.
By the way, how can a director not know about IMDb? we have many answers if he's Mr Kirmizigul. He may have never heard of it! It is well known that he is nothing but a singer of poor quality with lots of money with which he believes he can buy knowledge and intellectual position. Obviously what he lacks of is not only a proper education to be an artist, but also the ambition to progress to fight his ignorance.
