Taika Waititi

He thinks he's funny, but he's not, he's a wank writer and he's a wank director, the worst of the worst.

I'm Deckard B26354, I retire Wokies, I'm filed and monitored.

Straight to the point, no sitting on the fence from me.

AND STOP FUCKING SHOUTING.

INCORRECT DIAGNOSIS AND I AM NOT...UNLESS YOU'RE INTO THAT SORT OF THING.🍌

Using all caps is universally considered as shouting in Internet ettiquete.

ONLY BY DICKEATERS.🙂

What's wrong with dick eaters?

reply

LMAO, brilliant response actionkamen.

reply

Thanks. I came up with it myself.

reply

One thing's for sure. He's too powerful now. There's definitely no longer a producer or writer standing next to him saying the scene doesn't work. Just a bunch of yes men egging him on.

reply

So he’s a modern George Lucas.

reply

Or an old Spielberg.

reply

Nah, he is a very good director.

reply

His central audience is Twitter folk/folx, that's all you need to know.

reply

That explains why he sucks at making movies.

That is seriously something wrong with him. The way he acts around other people and all that clownery....

His MeToo or Michael Jackson moment will come out eventually. He is creep.

And he has no sense of humor at all. Actors are just mumbling something. Half of the time I dont even understand what they are mumbling and what the joke has to be about because he cut to other scene too fast.

What We Do in the Shadows was brilliant, but it has been downhill for Taika ever since. IMO, This latest Thor set a new low for him. The plot was borderline ridiculous, there was so much CGI, it almost felt like I was watching a cartoon instead of a movie, and the over-reliance on one-liners intending to get a laugh undercut any drama or suspense they were going for. To me, it seemed like a cartoonish parody of a superhero flick.

reply

I really don't like him directing Thor. I loved the first and second one so much but I didn't like Ragnarok at all and Love and Thunder was even worse. What we do in the shadows is ana amazing film. Now he's just going for crappy cheap laughs and hella overplayed soundtracks.

reply

He was funny with "What we do in the shadows" - the movie. Quite good.

And I think I like the one with the Nazis a bit. And I liked Ragnarok quite a bit.
