Sequel idea

Like, I have a theory Missy's mom isn't really dead, but perhaps merely MIA. Then in the sequel, it turns out she's turned to the dark side and is a villain now, either the main antagonist or henchwoman to the main villain. Perhaps Marcus even KNOWS she's evil, and told Missy she died because he doesn't want her to carry that kind of burden.
