More DUI's than Ksubi Jeans...

Does somebody mind explaining this line to me? near the beginning of the movie, Dylan comes out of the house and says "I swear, celebs are getting more DUIs that Ksubi Jeans." Sorry if it's super obvious, or maybe Im just not registering it properly, but I just don't understand the point of that line.

meaning celebrities are getting more DUIs then getting expensive clothes.

ksubi jeans are expensive jeans from Australia, so yeah as the above poster said they get drunk, drive and get caught for it more times than the "trendiest" jeans.
