Song Help: Sinatra

In this documentary there's a few lines from a Sinatra song, but no mention of the song's title. The lyrics heard in the film are:

"Did you hear the news,
about what's happening in Brooklyn?
I've really got the blues,
about what's happening in Brooklyn.

It ain't official yet,
official we hope it don't get."

Does anyone recognize the song, or know it's title? I've had the lyrics running through my head for the past 24 hours or so and would like to know the rest of the composition.
