Something they never talked about

I was sort of disappointed that they never talked about the women who get abortions because their pregnancies are life threatening. What do pro lifers think about that? I'm pro choice just because the pro life stance doesn't seems to rigid in light of special circumtances. I am the mother of a son that was unexpected blessing and abortion was never an option but I wouldn't want to take choice from other people whose situations I know nothing about.
