Narinder’s brother arrives at the Wrecker’s Arms and reveals to Ivy the true reason why his sister is really there

i saw this spoiler for episode 9 i think and i missed it why is she there ? thanks

Narinder has a brain tumer and has one year to live. She went there to be independent from her family and didnt want people fussing over her.
