Anyone else think it was hilarious when...*spoilers*

...The fetus in the jar flu into the nurses gaping hole where her jaw used to be. I saw it in a theatre and the entire audience erupted in laughter. I think it was the sound the little fellow made. All horror movies should having more flying, screeching fetuses. Hilarious
