Just wondering what everyones favorite scene or scenes are in the movie. I have several, but one that I liked in particular is when Steven gave Hollis the bigger half of the candy bar, even after her picking the smaller half.
I also liked how Hollis refered to Josie as her best friend. I thought that was really sweet :)

I liked the scene where she drew herself into the family picture..and the scene where she keeps on saying "I have a family". Those are some particular ones that I can think of.

the entire film, but i liked when josie and bea were togethor. they were so cute and funny. josie always talking to her cat henrey.lol. sissy spacek was amazing and beautiful in this movie. so was jodelle.
i also like when they go shopping and josie forgets what she's was looking for. sissy spacek(who is one of my favorite actresses) did such a good job looking lost and confused in that scene. i thought it was very sad.
one of the funniest scenes is where Hollis is going to school and josie says that anything can happen and Hollis sarcastclly says "like get hit by an astroid." i thought that was hilarious.
the ending too. made me and my mom cry.lol.
steven was funny.
i can't wait to get the DVD.

shareThe candy-bar scene was a standout, as was the scene in the market where Josie began to show the first signs of Alzheimer's. The scene where the family told Hollis that they wanted to adopt her was wonderful, too; Jodelle Ferland's facial expressions almost singlehandedly made the whole scene.
I also liked the "reunion" scene at the end, where all of the main characters were sitting around the cabin. A very "sweet" moment without being cheesy or cloying. This isn't my kind of movie (not enough blood, chainsaws or zombies), but I think I'll pick up the DVD just the same. Great flick.

1. where she started drinking the soup in the corridor looking around nervously.
2. where she slept on the seat because she had no where to go.

4. her crying scenes made me cry.

the scene where Hollis went looking for Josie not wanting to lose another family again. also the part where she screamed, "I have a family!!" and definitely the ending where they all got together.My mom and I cried at that scene. The scene that made me laugh was when they used fishing hooks to hang on the tree.That was funny.
