Anyone have one? Doubt I would ever see a copy up close, seeing as it's not getting released anyplace near to where I live (may try to get it at some point), but I assume at least a small percentage of you Animated fans have gotten or will get your hands on the book.

From the scans I've seen and the stuff I've read about it, it can be nothing short of awesome. The whole way it's built up (by having the characters themselves describe each other and the variety of ways the entries are presented in) is certainly to my liking, and the amazing number of inside gags (most of which are explained here: http://www.angelfire.com/anime2/digipedia/annotated_almanac.html) just adds to its value.

Not to mention, there is a possibility of Animated being continued in comic format via a second Almanac, something I am sure a lot of fans would definitely want to see.

So, does anyone here have the book?

It's good, wasnt expecting it as an In-continuity guide with bios and synopsis's done by the characters of the show though. They are making the second one to finish what happened in Season 3 and such in June I think

Pre-order for the second Almanac. The cover just blows my mind.

Awesome. Probably won't get it, but the fact that it will even exist is awesome.

IDW will be doing a series called "Transformers Animated The Adventure Continues" It includes events from Season 3 and hopefully goes forward and close some unfinished tales like Waspinator and Black Arachnia, Slipstream's fate, Wreck Gar, the Dinobots and Contructicons and Ultra Magnus' fate.

My best friend has both AllSpark Almanacs, and I read them every time I go over to her house. ^_^
