it's because she smokes. it's easier to stay slimmer when you smoke. bdw she doesn't work out

Do you actually believe one can get that toned w/o exercise? - and at her age?

i'm just saying i have a few girl friends who never gain a pound because they smoke and they have never worked out in their life...the second they stop smoking they gain weight and then they go back to smoking. bdw k.h admitted that she doesn't work out

I agree with you on KH! She said she never worked out and you could see it on her bod. She now works out along with a great diet and the results are fantastic!

Although I have no way of corroborating this, I'll bet that she gave up motherhood (natural) because of the changes it would wreak on her body.

Also, you are right about young men & women who smoke - they don't seem to gain weight!!! - now wait for it: because they don't eat!!! As soon as the pacifier is gone, they eat!

arijana13 - keep the faith, eat well, work out and DON'T SMOKE! Please![

thank you :) glad to see it wasn't only me who was thinking this lol and np here i don't smoke at all. i would rather eat healthy and exercise to stay in shape

what does bdw mean and why is it used? I know bTw as 'by the way' but no clue what bdw means, although it appears it could be the same?
