In what world with best friends or relatives

Do you not at least mention guardianship in case you pass? I'm 30 mins in and done.

Worst movie premise ever. The two dead friends are the worst and selfish and inconsiderate people. Leaving 2 single people to care for their daughter as a couple. Depriving them of a life and a romantic relationship with other people because let's face it, co-raising a child is not easy. As we can see her relationship with the doc here is ruined, luckily she fell in love with messer but what if they turned out to be completely incompatible but stick raising a kid together?

Stupid movie is a stupid movie.

If you believe that this is actually the worst movie premise or worst movie EVER....you clearly do not see a lot of movies.
So you may have to extend your suspension of disbelief a bit more than usual during this flick, so what! It clearly wasn't intended to be a docudrama or Oscar-worthy historical thriller either.
Lighten up a bit. Life is more enjoyable.

Personally I would have sold the house and furniture and dropped the kid off at a fire station and skipped town. The dead parents were morons to dump their idiot child off onto two idiots.
