Is Josh Duhamel related to the baby (ies) in real life?
He had great chemistry with the three little girls that played Sophie. It was as if they knew him way before the film was made.

According to the cast list 5 tiny actors were used as Sophie. Three sisters as the young Sophie, and two sisters as the "old" Sophie.
Wish I knew the answer to this question
it says before filming he met with all of them and hung out and ate with the girls.. but i agree great chemistry and the little girls were great actors i believe...

shareThanks for the info. The scene that strikes me is when they pick her up from child protective services. She reaches for Duhamel and stops crying once he holds her. Throughout the film, the girls want him more than Heigl. It was almost as if they felt safe with him--or they thought he was cute.:)

He seems like a truly lovely guy and it was great to see the connection he had with the triplets in the movie. The moments and bonding scenes with Messer and Sophie were some of my favourite part's.
