Anybody else hear the joker in Ledger's voice?

The first time Tony is a part of the show and brings a group of women over to the stage (when Parnassus is drunk) and says a quick little introduction, his voice becomes very guttural and sounds just like the joker. Am I the only one who's noticed this? Makes me wonder if the role HAD consumed him as rumored.

He had to become the joker, there won't even be a better depiction of joker.

The increase in human knowledge is the cause of the decline of religions.

Thats utter nonsense, ledger was an amazing actor and his character was great, but it was NOTHING remotely like the joker, so how could the joker that is basically the odd one out be the best depiction of a comic book character he was nothing like? xD doesnt even make sense, the movies where basically die hard in a batman mask, batman begins tried very hard thanks to David S. Goyer but then he left and it went downhill in terms of trying to pretend it existed to the batman universe, fun movies, the dark knight atleast, interesting enjoyable but couldnt relate it in any way to its source material other than in name and a pointy eared suit, the DK rises came and it showed how far removed from the batmand universe AND trying to say it was based in reality as it could get, if you are going to make a batman movie, but say its based in reality, fine, but dont have SO many plotholes that is becomes a joke xD

You must be a Leto fan, do tell me how a cross between ICP and Lil Wayne with big gold chains and stupid tats is the joker?

Ledger was the best joker with Hamil and Nicholson close second

Actually, Heath's normal voice is very close to the Jokers' in any case - seriously..If you watch the movie "Candy" you may see (or hear lol) what I mean. I reckon that's where his problems with opiate-related substances began..maybe even because of his being a Thespian type actor..who knows..

the joker its cursed. jack nicholson play it wonderfully (my personal opinion best than ledger) and after that he never made another good movie (nothing that stands out or deserve an award at least)
ledger got consumed by the character, but before that he was having personal issues. he was interested into scientology, and was lost in his personal life. plus he could not sleep. all thogheter plus the joker curse destroyed him.

"after that he never made another good movie (nothing that stands out or deserve an award at least)" -- "About Schmidt"? I didn't care that much for it but I'm pretty sure he won some awards for it.

Did I not love him, Cooch? MY OWN FLESH I DIDN'T LOVE BETTER!!! But he had to say 'Nooooooooo'

you are kidding arent you? jack nicholson has had a great career even since it, like your opinion on his movies does not relate to the reality of his career.

I've seen comments like this here and on youtube as well, and it always puzzles me. I have to assume that a lot of people have watched "The Dark Knight" too many times. If you watch "Star Wars" too many times, you'll start to think about Obi-Wan Kenobi every time you see Alec Guinness in a movie. But it's b.s., there's no connection there except that the same human being can only "act" in so many ways, even if you're a great actor like Guinness or Ledger.
