I may have missed something, but, who took care of the heads in the head museum once everyone left and join Yivo?

I don't recall seeing any heads go through the barrier.

Just curious.

The heads went too. In the big split screen view of our universes date with yivo, nixon was shown on his date.

Therefore that would seem to indicate that the heads were included too.
