The Man In The Crashed Plane

When Augustine enters the crashed plane we see all sorts of paintings and artworks (possibly rare and valuable). Made me wonder if the man in the crashed plane was one of those billionaires who figured he could guard against a global catastrophe by having his own private compound with a plane, but eventually realized there was no "safe" place left on Earth. Reminded me of that Tyson quote...Everyone has a plan until they get punched in the mouth.

I found it weird that there was no talking in the crashed plane. At least have a conversation with the survivor before shooting him with a shotgun... sheesh.

True. Though I'm not sure how much there would be left to say at the end of the world other than "Would've been nice to see the Lions get to at least one Super Bowl..."
