It took me forever to find this title on here because the title at the video store is "FRENEMY".
ANYWAY...
This was the most twisted piece of garbage I have ever sat through and I didn't even sit through the whole thing. Everyone can justify it as being interesting and thought provoking but it's just trash, the whole thing save for the score which was pretty.
The rest was amateur, hideous, rubbish.

Though it was far from the best movie I've ever seen, it was also far from the worst. Most people here seem to be upset how the film did not meet their expectations after seeing the preview/box cover. I hadn't seen either before watching and found the film to be at very least original and thought provoking.

I completely agree with the OP. One of the worst movies I've ever seen. It seems like it really had potential but failed on every level possible it was so bad it was even entertaining on " this is so *beep* its funny level" it was just crap. Dialogue was crap. The false advertising of Zach whats his name was so misleading and the information about it being "hilarious" which it was far from. I think there was a funny thing the burglar had said while attempting to rob the shop but that was about it. The cover implies its a somewhat comical film staring Zach, which it is not. It is utter trash. My friend had lent me the dvd ( which he rented) and I still felt ripped off. It was painful to watch but eventually I saw the end as I was hoping it'd get better. So unfortunate though cos it seemed like it could have been great but very badly executed. I don't know why they changed the name on IDMB though, it also took me ages to find it.
shareI'm not disappointed in me. Even if I had never had any pre-conceived thoughts on the film it would STILL have been the worst thing I've ever seen. And I do watch a lot of movies, I put them away for a living.

The OP is correct and like me I bet hates to "give up" on movies. I liked the cast and the idea, that being said this isn't interesting or worth watching.
You know after about 45 minutes if a film is going to be worth watching, I rarely stop watching, but this is not good.
Your just upset because your funny little bearded man wasn't the main actor. If you set aside the fact that they dishonestly marketed this movie to promote Zack...and just enjoy the movie for how it is...it really isn't that bad. The acting and dialogue is interesting and entertaining, and the main message that the movie gives is actually a bit genius. Who cares that Zack only had a cameo...its still a good movie!!
