Hick town - incompetent police

Just another case of a hick town wanting to convict someone for the crime. It was convenient that Nick Hillary was black. They were not concerned with looking for 'the real killer'. A jury would have convicted him, no doubt. He was smart to opt for the bench trial. What is sad is that the boy's killer may never be found due to the ineptitude of the police. It's good that the DA was barred from law practice for 2 years due to prosecutorial misconduct.
