The friend mentioned it as an offhand comment, saying something like "she's a virginal princess, so every guy wants her and every woman wants to be her" because she's so perfect and innocent (which makes sense for a princess to be as such). It's kind of a duh thing though, because she has limited social interactions and Nana hates men.
