Pennsylvania does not require front and rear license plates. The red-striped police cars looked ridiculous. I knew this would be a crappy Lifetime M.OV. but disappointed when they could just shot this in PA (in the US) and took advantage of state tax credit and employed a very talented and capable American production work force.
