How did this compare to the first one?
I enjoyed the first one for just being a fun harmless little movie. How was this one?

I enjoyed the first one, too. It was a fun bit of fluff.
Unfortunately, this sequel is not funny and not very well-made. Some of the actors had a couple of scenes were they hinted they could act. Sadly, the script is so crappy, they just gave up and ended up phoning it in like everyone else in the movie.
I think there were maybe two laughs in this movie. For the most part it is very boring. It is also not sexy, just a bunch of loser guys running around half-naked. There are two couples in the film who have one or two scenes which border on romantic--those scenes seem to belong to an entirely different film, and I would have loved to have seen that movie instead.
It wanted to be too many things. Also too many product placements for one movie.
Love begins with a smile, grows with a kiss, and ends with a teardrop.
It doesn't compare whatsoever. It's so bad I think it traumatized me. I couldn't even get through the whole thing, no matter how hard i tried. Just ghastly.

I saw that a lot of people said they liked the first Gay Movie better than the sequel. We saw the sequel first and then checked out Amother Gay Movie. We like it, but we liked the sequel more. The sequel has a great location and a faster pace.
