Similar to Maze Runner?
Saw a trailer for this and it looked similar to Maze Runner. Is it?
shareNope. Not really. It's set far into the future, long after an apocalypse, where there are elves, dwarves, gnomes, trolls, and humans. The quest is to revive a magical tree that held demons imprisoned in another world. There's also a Druid, magical stones, and gypsies.
That summary might have sounded lame, but the series really isn't that great, other to laugh at the producer's/director's stupidity...
Haha, not lame, actually sounds quite interesting. I've been trying to find new shows on Netflix so might give this one a shot.
shareJust be warned that it's riddled with plot-holes. And it kept way too much technology that should have eroded/broken down long ago.
It's not the worst show I've ever seen, but perhaps I would have liked it more if I didn't know how much they destroyed of the book. If it does sound interesting to you, then by all means go ahead and watch it! Let me know what you think, lol.
I'll try it out and report back. I'm honestly not expecting too much since it's and MTV show, but perhaps I'll be pleasantly surprised.
