Quotes

Towards the end of the fourth episode Sexby says something like 'return to the Waterland from whence I came.' He delivers this in a manner which indicates he's quoting from something or someone. Are these lines said by someone else earlier in the series or is he quoting an actual text or poet or something. John Dryden perhaps.
