They violated their own premise


I have no problem with outing gay politicians that use "mean" rhetoric against homosexuals.

I have a little bit of a problem outing gay politicians that simply vote against gay rights issues because there might have been specifics about the bills that they objected to, as opposed to actively persecuting homosexuals.

But my big problem is when they start outing people simply because they have an R next to their name (such as when they were walking the halls of congress) or because they work at Fox News (Shepherd Smith) or because they weren't throwing taxpayer money at homosexual pet projects (Ed Koch).

At that point any moral high ground the filmmakers had was lost.

Honesty is the best policy, but insanity is a better defense.

Two of the closet cases discussed in this film are Democrats. Your criticism doesn't hold water.

The politically slanted attack against lynn cheney was a bit excessive, it was things like that which weakened the film.
