We need to pass some kind of law that you can't remake a movie that was ALREADY remade less than 20 years ago (and NO EXCEPTIONS for changing the title to pretend its something else or calling it a "Reboot" or "reimagining"). Enough is enough.
It's like when they remade Carrie a few years ago even though it had already been remade in 2002.
this the worst epidemic in movie history. it makes me so sick. they just made a remake in 2006 just 13 years ago wtf? and it shouldn't have existed bc the original can't be better. no horror movie is better than it. the weird thing is they actually made a remake to cabin fever a few years ago when the original was made in 2002??? yes that should be a rule they should have to wait 20 years.

shareThere's lots to remake that deserve a remake more Monster Squad for one but I want the 13 mins they cut before that we learned this year Horror can make alot of money with a small budget but makes so much more when you put some real money behind it...The Mummy doesn't count

It's like remaking A Nightmare On Elm Street, and saying; "Oh there's no Freddy Krueger in it, we're just going to have a story about people in a street called Elm having spooky adventures." Might as well just call it something else.
