Give Cuba Gooding Jr. a chance........

First of all to the person who said Cuba never made anything before Jerry Macguire worth watching needs to watch Boyz N The Hood and Judgement Night, his best 2 movies period. People here act like Jerry Macguire was his first movie. Boyz N The Hood was his breakout role and by far his best performance. The only reason you know Jerry Macguire was because 1. Megastar Tom Cruise played the lead role and 2. It won an Oscar. If those 2 things didn't happen, Jerry Macguire would be just another movie.

The only movie that I didn't like was Dirty as it dragged though it got some favorable reviews.

An Oscar Award does not mean that every movie you star in or direct is going to be a Classic movie. Cuba has been a great actor in many movies. People need to judge for themselves instead of letting movie critics and IMDB ratings persuade you.
