it wasn't Jeez, it was lo


I think (for me at least) it is clear that Jeez was never there, I know there is some ambiguity but after you watch the movie you can tell he isn't there.

Some of the clues I got was that Jeez was too friendly to Justin, I doubt that the real Jeez, the one that scratched his chest so badly would be acting so nice all of the sudden.
Also, why would Jeez care if Justin goes back to the real world? He has nothing to gain from helping Justin, why would he advice Justin to go back? if anything Jeez would want to trick Justin into staying in hell, one more soul in hell.

giving him advise to go, trying to help him, to save him, I just can't buy that a demon that stole his girlfriend and wounded him would care to save him all of the sudden.
And Lo was never there at the same time with Jeez, that should have been a giveaway.

Justin also specifically mentions how Lo has (paraphrasing) "thrown himself around the room in a dozen different forms".
