Buskers by the River

It's been a while since I saw the film, but I remember the two main characters talking a walk along the Thames. I seem to recall there was a rock-a-billy band playing there along the walk. (At least I think it was this movie.)

Was that an uncredited Imelda May? Anybody know? Or am I just plain wrong.
