She never checked her blood sugar, the syringes she used to inject herself was all wrong (the ones in her suitcase when she was looking for her glucagon shot were correct) because they were too long and would deliver the insulin too deeply, and why was it so easy for Sara to switch the insulins? Did they not have labels on them? When I get a new bottle, it comes with a little plastic cap, but it says which insulin it is right on the bottle. Also, the long-lasting and short-term come in different shaped bottles for me.
