I had the closed-captions on, SO, I was able to google 'pee po b...' BUT, I wrongly remembered the next word was bum, HOWEVER, because I had my Google prompts on, the word belly showed up after pee po, so I selected that, AND the first result was the Wikipedia entry for the song in question.

What does the CBC part stand for? I'm guessing not the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation.

The song is by Michael Flanders and Donald Swann, the duo who wrote the comedy revue "At the Drop of a Hat" and performed during the late 1950s to 1960s. The number is listed on the Complete Flanders and Swann CD set as "p**p*b****b**d******" but the lyrics are "Pee, po, belly, bum, drawers."
