Was he high or was he detoxing or something while filming this?

He was sweating profusely, he kept slurring his words, he was clearly physically struggling, up to the point where it became uncomfortable to watch, and that's saying something when the worst thing to watch in a horrible movie like this is the performance of a great actor like Tom Sizemore.

Holy hell this movie was so bad on so many levels.

Was flipping through and saw a scene with him and thought, is that tom sizemore? It kinda looked like him.. but he looked terrible.. I thought maybe it must have been some barely known older brother or something.. Cant believe it was actually him lol he looked absolutely wrecked.
