does anyone have any new information on the release of this movie. i have been wanting to see this movie for the longest time. it is getting annoying that i cant find an exact release date for this long awaited movie. i understand that there are some issues with the producers and actors, if anyone can help me out, i would be much abliged.

-The movie is set to be released sometime this year and t.A.T.u will be doing a promo tour for it.

The problem is they are still trying to release this in theaters worldwide. However they took too long. The band and Mischa Barton are not as popular as they used to be. There were problems with the distribution from day one, however the film still premiered at the Canne festival. As far as I can tell the reaction was neither overly positive nor negative. Mischa not showing up for promotion is only a small part of why it hasn't been released.
So the main problem is that they still try to release this in theaters when it clearly should be straight to DVD at this point, with maybe a limited theater release in some countries. Mischa and tatu are both not great selling points anymore.
