According to this blog post on the official t.A.T.u website, Yulia and Lena have both decided to go and do solo projects. I think this means that there will be no international album. The post mentions that they will find other ways to release the songs that have been recorded in English already.

The movie is still a go and both girls are planning to promote it. The delays are not in t.A.T.u's control.

they're not fully broke up there just trying solo opertunities but they havn't disbanded t.a.t.u. forever

thank goodness their were others that knew they weren't gonna like break off completely . i was ready to go off on the threat started . Their are so many stupid people talking about how their no more on the internet . Its like , shut up and realize they are still going to have the t.A.T.u. project going , just not as much as it used to be . Their was even a fake tatu account on youtube that kept copying tatu's videos to the fake account and then they had a little thing that said "tatu is over , sign petition for goodbye tour" . i almost went off my top .
SO EVERYONE REMEBER , t.A.T.u. IS NOT OVER ! LENA AND YULIA ARE JUST GOING TO TAKE A SIMPLE BREAK FOR THEIR SOLO CAREERS ! t.A.T.u. WILL JUST BE PUT ON HOLD FOR A WHILE ! REMEMBER THAT !
