who plays the angry customer on phone?

Before Tank is asked to be an ass to Alexis he gets a call from an angry customer. To me, he sounds like Robert from Everybody Loves Raymond, but my boyfriend insists it is Vince Vaughn. I can't find the character in the cast list or in credits. Anyone have any idea?

I've got twenty riding on this so it would be nice to know. :)

Not that it's listed but sounds an awful lot like Vince Vaughn to me.

It was definitely Robert from Everybody Loves Raymond. Can I have $10 ?
