I thought it was the neighbor across the street. The scene before it was the new neighbors watching Jim Carey kiss his wife. I thought it was the that new neighbor guy....maybe?

Maybe instead of reprimanding the person who tried to help you find the info you requested, you could look in the cast listing to see if the man may have happened to play his neighbor. Geesh...some people ~
