shareWell, Pat was originally overweight. hence the couple times people mentioning that they barely recognized Pat when they say him again after getting out. He worked out a lot in the hospital.

They all mentioned his weight, but the portrait of Pat next to his brother on wall in parents house shows him thin.
I was shocked to see that Pat was fawning over Nikki--I don't think she's attractive at all!
