Disney CANT do drama

I have nothing against dramas, infact I love teenage dramas, which is how I know that Jonas L.A. is too watered down to be a drama, and too dramatic to be a comedy like it used to.

I'm tired of the Stella Joe story going around in circles. Joe keeps unintentionally getting Stella jealous, and Stella denies it, they stay friends wanting more, blah blah blah. Not that it's a bad idea, but every episode?

And then what's up with the Nick and Macy plot? They never had a thing going last season. And I don't mind it. But there are only five main characters, and four of them are involved in some love plot. (I don't count the neighbor and Stella's guardian as main characters because they're not in the credits.)

I used to like Jonas. Now it's just horrible and I hope it gets cancelled.

i feel exactly the same. this show is trash. i loved the first season, now i can barely get through it. joe's face helps to get through it though. i think nick and macy should be through. he never hinted towards liking her in the first season, now all of a sudden she's this wonderful girl. and i agree the stella and joe thing is really stupid. she gets jealous although she is dating someone else!?

I'm glad to see that I'm not the only one who dislikes the new season. I would love if they made new and more funnier episodes, just like the first season.

I'm tired of Joe and Stella too. Nick and Macy are a cute couple, but of some reason, I think Macy and Kevin would mbe a better fit.

i thought the first season was terrible, i felt like it was just them feeling like they don't need to make a decent show because they are the jonas brothers. I think season 2 is a monumental improvement over the first season. theres no singing on top of pizzas here. Its still not perfect but i feel like they are definetely moving in the right direction.

Macy and Kevin were hanging out the most in the first season. I think Kevin might have asked not to be involved in a love plot on Jonas after he got married.

True, true...

That'd be kinda stupid. It's called acting for a reason.

well obviously but what else can you expect when it comes to the Disney execs? bunch of monkeys working down there
this is a company that fired an actor because he went on to do a horror movie so they had to cancel his show on a CLIFFHANGER!!!
sry old news...I'm good now. I still watch a few of their programs because I thought it'd be time to move on but I honestly have no faith in them anymore.

thinking of the day when you went away..I'll be missing you

I miss the comedy in the show...the only one near the comedy was Wasabi Story...that was really funny...

I want someone to love me
For who I am
I want someone to need me
Is that so bad?

the first season was amazing, for the simple fact that it was sooo stupid it was hilarious. the 2nd season is trying wayyy too hard to try make a great show a great teenage drama and it does not work out,
i loved the cornyness of the first season and i miss joe & kevins stupidity and macys jonas obsession

Macy's obsession was annoying. I'm glad they toned down her character. I thought they would either change her or get rid of her, so I guess they decided to change, but no way could they continue as she was. As for the "corniness," Jonas Season 1 was really not that good. Some eps were hit and miss, but overall, it really wasn't as good as other Disney Channel sitcoms. The only reason the JoBros got a sitcom is because of their music. However, I always thought doing a Disney show was a step backwards for them. I guess they wanted to be the male Miley Cyruses, but in no way was Jonas Season 1 as popular as "Hannah Montana."

As for Season 2, well, they tried. I mean they couldn't get much worse, right? But the whole soap opera element was just wrong. They could have done the whole L.A. thing without the "To be Continued"s... especially since their cliffhangers were lame and, as a soap, it sucked, compared to the much better teen soaps out there, 90210, Gossip Girl, Pretty Little Liars, Secret Life of an American Teen, Greek, etc.
