Just saw it on Sci Fi channel.

I thought this film was fun. Interesting premise on the danger of mankind's overreliance on technology and how if said technology gets out of hand it will control us instead of the other way around.

Yup, I enjoyed it as well. The CGI is cheap and the mostly no-name cast (aside from Machete and Highlander Guy) could've been better, but in spite of its flaws it was still a cut above the usual SyFy schlock.
