I respect this film

Interesting concept. Obviously influenced by previous "technology goes wild" films such as Cyborg 2087, 2001, the Terminator series, Robocop, Runaway, and I don't know how many more. The performances were sincere, much of the production crew were new film school students/graduates from North Carolina where it was filmed. A sincere effort and way above what I usually expect from ScyFy on a Saturday night.

I give it 5 points for trying. The movie really tried hard by using every trick in the sci-fi, horror, thriller repertoire. A funny pair of cops, a nosy reporter, dead wife, cute little robots running around, a girl thinking there's somebody behind the shower curtain, etc. They managed to stuff it all into one movie. I guess they deserve a little respect for that.
