When's this movie actually coming out?

2007 is almost over already and I haven't heard anything about its release.

it was only released in japan a few weeks ago but something tells me the US wont have to wait long, us poor gits in the uk had to wait a full year after the US release date for a dvd release.

I'm probably worse of, I'm in South Africa, lol. Thanks for the info, I reckon I'll order it from Amazon when it's release in the US.

Yes, but the US DVD release for Ghost In The Shell 2 sucked. The UK got a much better quality DVD release that included an English dub.

Also, the movie is due out in Spring 2008 for the US. It's being released by WB Home Video, with an English version produced by ADV.

I don't know, but it's a shorter wait than the Japanese and US release for the first movie. Plus it's not getting a real theatrical release anyway.
