Enjoyable enough flick

I found this to be a reasonably entertaining flick. The politics were a bit over the top but every movie has to have a bad guy. I got this as part of one of those 4 packs you get at Walmart. It also included a decent flick from Dolph Lundgren and 2 of the many disasters of Segals DTV ventures. Thanks for the tip to Bad Day at Blackrock, have to check that out.
