what the hell

I don't understand this, in one of the shows he complained that beyonce is becoming too white. I don't understand this. Why do black people always criticize other black people who speak properly and aren't "ganster". They always say they "are being taken over by white people" or "white people give us *some person* back". This has always confused me because it would seem that black people would want black people on T.V. who aren't criminals or gangsters because then maybe, white people won't think all black people are thugs.
